Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Njord VPN mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

Njord VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) services, including data encryption and secure routing, to help protect your online privacy and secure your internet connection.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Njord VPN may offer free trial versions, free server access, and premium subscription plans ("Premium Services") through Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system.

Subscription Plans

Subscription periods are available on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis. Pricing is displayed clearly within the App before purchase.

Billing and Payment

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID (iTunes Account) at the confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Renewal Charges

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the rate of your selected plan.

Managing Subscriptions

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

Refunds

All purchases and refund requests are handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policies. We cannot directly issue refunds.

3. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree to use Njord VPN only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the service to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Transmit, upload, or download copyright-infringing, illegal, or harmful content
• Engage in spamming, hacking, scanning, or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or network infrastructure

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Njord VPN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. VPN speeds and server availability may vary based on location, network traffic, and third-party factors.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
